Broadband resolution

Ah the broadband misery has finally ended.

After an hour-and-a-half on the phone to Misery…AKA AOL, I was reconnected and I can now once again enjoy high speed internet.

But I’m not happy. It seems the problem was actually fixed five days earlier – the day they told me to wait a few days longer.

I’ve been told I will not have to pay next month but I’m keeping my eye on them. One more slip and I’m cancelling my account!

  1. Glad your misery has finally ended. Mine has only just begun. It’s truly disgraceful how difficult dealing with a large organisation like BT can be.
